Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue and provide clear photographs demonstrating the defect or error.
2. Order Cancellations
Because our personalized items are created specifically for you, cancellations can only be accepted within 3 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will enter the production process and cannot be cancelled.
